Dans un petit village calme, en bord de Saône, le Gîte de l'Hermitage, mitoyen à la maison des propriétaires, vous offre : au rez-de-chaussée : un grand couloir donnant sur une salle à manger, une chambre avec 1 lit de 160 cm , 1 lit de 90 cm et 1 lit bébé, une cuisine séparée entièrement équipée avec accès direct à la terrasse, une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche, un WC indépendant. Coin salon avec cheminée, TV et WIFI. A l'étage : accès possible par 2 escaliers différents (dont 1 assez raide) : 2 chambres avec chacune 1 lit de 160 cm et 1 lit de 90 cm, dont une avec salle d'eau et WC privatifs. Buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge dans une dépendance de l'autre côté de la cour. Terrasse donnant sur un grand parc arboré, et clos, en bord de Saône (les enfants sont sous la responsabilité des parents). Jeux pour enfants, terrain de pétanque, filet de badminton, salon de jardin, barbecue, transats. Grande piscine de 11 X 5 mètres (profondeur de 1 à 2 mètres), à partager avec les propriétaires (accès libre de 10H00 à 17H00, enfants accompagnés obligatoirement par un adulte responsable). Le propriétaire, artise-peintre, se fera un plaisir de vous faire découvrir son atelier, situé face au gîte.

A proximité immédiate de la voie bleue (de Luxembourg à Lyon) et des bords de Saône pour un séjour détente avec possibilité de balades à pied et à vélo, pêche, etc. A quelques pas de la Capitainerie, qui propose la location de vélos aquatiques (waterbikes) ainsi qu' une restauration traditionnelle.  A Gray, 7 km tous commerces, médecins, cinéma, théâtre, musée d'Arts Baron Martin, Musée de l'Espéranto, base nautique etc... A 25 minutes de Champlitte, Châtea-musée arts et traditions populaires, Pesmes, Marnay, Vallée de l'Ognon...  45 minutes de Dijon, capitale des Ducs de Bourgogne et de sa Cité de la Gastronomie. In the heart of the small town of character of Pesmes, gite located on the ground floor of the owners' house. It is composed of a large living room with dining room and lounge (sofa bed), an independent kitchen, a bedroom with a bed 140 and a bed 90, a bathroom and an independent toilet.

Parking in the closed courtyard in front of the house and large private terrace at the back.

Pesmes is at the crossroads of the Doubs, the Haute-Saône and the Jura. All shops and many activities are available nearby: castle, royal house, fishing, hiking, canoeing, boat trip at 20 km. Dole and Besançon at 20 min.

This charming chalet brings you to the crossroads of the Jura (25 min. from Dole), the Côte-d'Or (less than 1 hour from Dijon and Beaune), the Doubs (50 min. from Besançon) and the Haute-Saône. Shops, restaurants and tennis court available in Pesmes.

Situated in the same grounds as the owners' house, you have your own private green space and independent, gated access by car. The vegetation and the privacy screen ensure your stay is as private as possible.

The 42m² chalet comprises a kitchen opening onto the living room with a table/bar or coffee table that can be raised for meals. Television in the living room. Bathroom with shower and WC. Bedroom with double bed (160 x 200cm) and second television. The chalet can be air-conditioned, although it is naturally well insulated. Private terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. A cot and high chair are available on request. A barbecue is available. Ideal for many walks. Enclosed private car park.

A deposit of €200 is payable to the owner on arrival.

You can enjoy the banks of the Saône for a relaxing stay with the possibility of walking and cycling, fishing, etc. Swimming is not allowed in front of the gite, but the beach is set up in Autet in summer. All shops, museum and outdoor swimming pool with slide open in season in Gray 4 km away.

On the site of the Saint-Loup-Nantouard castle, in the middle of a 60-hectare park, the forest house is a former independent hunting lodge, in the middle of nature, quiet, and without vis-à-vis, with a private outdoor pool. On the ground floor: kitchen/dining area, living room with TV, VCR, DVD player, a living room with open fireplace. 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom, WC.
